Other times, jobs were not sustained as the jobseeker didn't have guidance or a mentor to help them through this change. Especially if they had been out of the labour market for a while or faced several barriers.
Being able to mentor the jobseeker through their first weeks and months of challenges is crucial, as well as guiding the employer and building long-term relationships which many times reap referrals and repeat business. In this workshop you will be learning both contractual requirement as well as behavioural fundamentals to build strong relationships, influence, mentor and sustain placements.
